If you’re dreaming of owning a place where flip-flops are standard attire and beach sunsets are your nightly entertainment, do yourself a favor and call Elle Schwandt. Elle was amazing in helping us find our seasonal getaway in the Shipwatch community near Indian Rocks Beach. As a longtime local and true beach expert, she knows the market and the area inside and out—which made all the difference in finding our perfect spot. Elle takes client satisfaction to the next level, and exceeded our expectations at every turn. She was impressively on top of every detail, coordinating seamlessly across multiple agencies and working her magic to keep everything on track without missing a beat. She kept us well informed on timelines and next steps (which was especially important since we were navigating most of the process from out of state) so we always felt confident and in the loop. Beyond her expertise, Elle was simply a joy to work with—friendly, professional, incredibly responsive and efficient, with an easy, relaxed vibe that made what can often be a stressful process feel more like a stroll on the beach than a business deal. What started as a search for a vacation home turned into gaining not just our go-to realtor at the beach, but also a neighbor—and a friend. Without hesitation, we HIGHLY recommend Elle Schwandt if you’re ready to turn your own piece of beach life into a reality.

Michelle helped me find the house that fit my needs. Flawless experience all around.

I started the search process, in a specific complex, over a year ago. I met David this Spring, and knew I was in the right hands. I am so impressed with David's off hand knowledge of the are and the complex, even down to minute details. He is a doll. He knew I was not in a rush to find the right place. David is so patient! He never pressured me to increase my budget or pushed me toward a listing for a sale, like many do. But, I trusted his instincts when he called and said "this is the one that is meant to be". He was absolutely right!! I made the offer that day and closed in less than 30 days. David found me my Kismet beach house and I could not be more appreciative or grateful for everything!!!
