David and Josh were at my fingertips every step of the way. I know I couldn’t have done this without them. Any questions I had, were answered in detail, and broken down in a way I understood, which is important for me, as I’ve never bought a house, and was very much a fish out of water. Literally held my hand through the whole process, from the beginning, helping me hook up with a wonderful mortgage lender (Jeannie Merrick), together, this dream team got me qualified for an amazing grant through St Petersburg’s down payment assistance program! They were there through many homes I looked at, until we found “the one”. They were at every turn, and achieved getting me my home sweet home.

I started the search process, in a specific complex, over a year ago. I met David this Spring, and knew I was in the right hands. I am so impressed with David's off hand knowledge of the are and the complex, even down to minute details. He is a doll. He knew I was not in a rush to find the right place. David is so patient! He never pressured me to increase my budget or pushed me toward a listing for a sale, like many do. But, I trusted his instincts when he called and said "this is the one that is meant to be". He was absolutely right!! I made the offer that day and closed in less than 30 days. David found me my Kismet beach house and I could not be more appreciative or grateful for everything!!!
