We had separately done our own research and had come up with the same price as they did for what to sell the house for, so it was very reassuring that we felt we were on the same page. We went under contract in less than 48 hours from when the listing went live. They had a lot of helpful advice along the way, and were very communicative throughout the process. Tyler was very professional and extremely easy to work with. Before we listed my house, he came over to give me assessment on what to do to prepare it. He explained why and what each step was in detail. His photographer took phenomenal photos. Once my home was listed, we got an offer in less than 2 weeks! I cant recommend enough.
