Lea has helped us since we started investing in the Tampa Bay area more than ten years ago. She has always served us with great professionalism and knowledge. We were interested in purchasing either a single family home, villa, or condominium in either the Tampa, south Hillsborough, Bradenton, or Sarasota area. Two requirements were natural gas cooking and flood zone “X”.
