I cannot imagine a better agent than Lea when it came to selling the townhome I lived at for 9 years. Once we began the process of getting the place ready she had everything prepared in record time, from scheduling the cleaning to the photo staging to the buyer tours. Within a short span of time we had a cash offer for the exact amount I had in mind. She even helped me after closing with some of the final things. I had already seen her from the other side of this (she helped us buy our new home too!) so already knew she was great, but I was still very surprised at how quickly and seemingly effortlessly she had this done for me. In selling our condo, Lagueux advised the best way to show our condo, and the best price to list it at. As a result, our listing brought in many interested buyers and a sale. She provided a great knowledge base of needed documentation. And gave our listing an excellent walk through visual and drone image. Good communication was maintained to both of us, through out the entire sale process.
