Bruce is the most amazing real estate professional I have worked with in my 42 years of buying and selling homes. His attention to detail is top notch and his follow through is quick and precise! We started working with a challenging situation, renters in my place with a signed lease, but Bruce was patient with the situation and even came up with ways to show the home without dispruting my renters. I could not be happier with the outcome! If anybody but Bruce was selling my home, I am sure it would still be on the market! Bruce, you are and always will be, the BEST!!!

To start Bruce gave us a wonderful presentation. Other realtors don't really listen to what you want and hope to get. Bruce did his homework and we decided on a listing price together. He conducted an open house and was willing to do anything we requested. He thinks outside the box. He used social media both in St Petersburg but in other areas that people live in the North that might be moving to Florida.
