My experience in selling my property with Al, was a very pleasant one and very professional. Al made sure that he was available to me from beginning of listing to the sale of property. I would definitely recommend Al Shields.

I chose Christina from a short list based on her 5 star reviews. Once Inhd an agreement with Christina, she was instantly on task with gathering photos, getting the listing together and out on the market. Her communication was excellent and her knowledge of marketing real estate and managing offers were top notch. I had an above asking offer under contract in under a week. Christina navigated the process wonderfully and when the buyer hit a snag with their financing, she used her network of contacts and got the deal back on track. I can’t recommend Christina highly enough.

She targeted the prime demographic and the home was under contract within weeks, she handled intense negotiations flawlessly. We can’t speak highly enough of Barb as our real estate agent, her knowledge, integrity, honesty and hard work ethics were very much appreciated. She is detail oriented and good dealing with people, her communication with us and all involved were above and beyond. Barb loves what she does and it clearly shows. We highly recommend Barb and looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Michael, has it all. Real estate research acumen, a few decades of experience (although still a young guy), and the "beside manner" to be the best in the real estate business. He gives you the facts, so you can make the best decision possible.
