Olympia Hiotis

Always timely in her communication. Prompt in follow up. Direct in her feedback and direction.

This is my second home purchase with Pia and I will never use anyone else to buy or sell my home. She takes the time to truly understand what I’m looking for in a home, and ensures we invest time in weeding through the process of looking at homes to thoroughly uncover the nuances of what will make me happy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods, the state of the market and is exceptionally responsive to my many questions and requests for information. I can’t brag about Pia enough!

Pia and her team were professional, knowledgeable and a lot of fun while purchasing our home. Everyone was responsive to our inquiries and made this an interesting process assembling all insurance, financing and real estate professionals in a timely manner. Pia was so friendly, smart, cooperative and was amazing in making this quite a brilliant experience.

Olympia went above and beyond to assist us with the sale of our home that included tasks that I wouldn't typically expect of an agent. Friendly, professional, helpful and patient.

I have worked with Pia on a number of transactions with real estate and Pia one of the best in the business. She does her homework, she is very knowledgeable of the market and really gets to know the client and their style and their preferences. I would highly recommend Pia if you are looking for a real estate professional!

Pia did a great write up of the house painting a picture about the great attributes of the house. She communicated continuously throughout the process. Would highly recommend her to list your house.
