Ms Cyleste was a pro- she is well placed in the community and was able to offer her networking skills to assist with every aspect of the sale-

David Moyer was our realtor for a home purchase in Tampa Florida. In an extremely competitive market with very limited inventory David was able to find us the home that we wanted and and secure the purchase. David was extremely knowledgeable of the market, the homes available, and was able to tackle any issue that we may had. He was extremely responsive, diligent, and accommodating throughout the entire process. David represented our interests, fought for us when needed, and did everything we asked of him and more. Not only did David help us purchase a home but he also assisted in helping us sell our current home above market value. I highly recommend David Moyer.

Kristina walked us through the buying process from start to finish, encouraging us to make offers we thought were fair and ensuring our needs were honored. She scheduled timely appointments, communicated with selling agents professionally, and offered insights into the market and properties we liked. She also facilitated all post-inspection work through her extensive network of contacts. The whole process stayed on schedule as a result. We are very happy with our transaction, and we are glad to be DI homeowners. Thanks, Kristina!
