My husband and I started looking for a home in St Pete in April. Jenn and Lisa were knowledgeable and professional with great attention to detail. They helped me sell my parents' home quickly after they passed less than 24 hours apart. When the first sale fell through, they immediately secured a second buyer and saw the sale through to completion, getting me the best terms and price possible. I was especially appreciative that they never once pressured me to make any improvements to the house to get a better price; they immediately understood that I did not have the capacity to put any energy into selling the home after three long years of caring for my elderly parents. They did what was best for me; they went out of their way repeatedly to help make the entire process easier on me. They have a great network of colleagues as well; the title company they used was fantastic and helped us navigate a particularly difficult situation during an incredibly stressful time. The sale was handled so efficiently by Jenn and Lisa that the house was sold and closed just over two months after my parents' deaths. They were not just realtors; they became friends and supported me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
