Matt is very knowledgably about Florida real estate especially at Champions gate. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable in the process of buying our new home. His response time and professionalism were second to none; this was reason we chose him as our relator. He also helped us after the sale with the moving in process, when we needed him, he was always there.

Amita was available day and night for any questions or concerns. We felt everything was under control and Amita always worked to ensure all was moving ahead smoothly. From day one of meeting Amita we knew we had the right agent for us and our property. Amita was extremely professional and extremely empathetic to us always understanding our needs and often acting on things before we even knew what we needed. It was an extreme pleasure selling our home with Amita and Imagination Realty, she is an asset to her company.

Amita was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive (lightning fast!), and detailed-oriented. I would recommend her to anyone, and have already recommended her to my parents who are considering a purchase in the area. If we ever had a question for the seller, she'd immediately reach out to them and find answers. She fought hard for us when we made an offer, and very clearly explained the process of navigating the purchase. She helped with the little things too: reminding us about a July 4th parade in the town, helping us get gym memberships, directing us to "new resident" meetings, and more.
