Amita was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive (lightning fast!), and detailed-oriented. I would recommend her to anyone, and have already recommended her to my parents who are considering a purchase in the area. If we ever had a question for the seller, she'd immediately reach out to them and find answers. She fought hard for us when we made an offer, and very clearly explained the process of navigating the purchase. She helped with the little things too: reminding us about a July 4th parade in the town, helping us get gym memberships, directing us to "new resident" meetings, and more. We cannot recommend her enough!
