We just completed our 3rd (4th if you count my sister's condo purchase) real estate transaction with Eugene as our agent. We could not be more satisfied with the process and results. Eugene and his team go above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. In our first condo purchase experience we lived out of the state. Eugene took care of everything from painting to changing the locks! In this most recent condo sale, he priced it exactly right and successfully sold the property in 3 days at full asking price. The cherry on the hot fudge sundae here is that he is a super nice guy! We both highly recommend Eugene and his team.

In late August 2025 my wife and I decided to step out and look for a home in the Orlando area. We lived in Southern California and are both retired now. I got on Zillow and asked for a realtor in the Kissimmee and Davenport area and we were blessed with Keith Miles. Keith reached out to me and I explained we were in So Cal and were just looking to see what was available. We had not even listed our home for sale.
