This is the second time we’ve worked with Beverly. The first time was to help us buy a house and this time it was to sell one ( in a record time of 2 days no less!). We just completed our 3rd (4th if you count my sister's condo purchase) real estate transaction with Eugene as our agent. We could not be more satisfied with the process and results. In late August 2025 my wife and I decided to step out and look for a home in the Orlando area. We lived in Southern California and are both retired now.
