Amal was wonderful to work with, she was very professional and displayed a strong market knowledge. She listened to all our “wants” and was able to help us purchase a condo that was exactly what we were looking for. She was able to help us negotiate a fair purchase price which resulted in us being able to close quickly which really benefited us as we were purchasing from out of state. She assisted us throughout the whole process, attended the inspection to insure everything was taken care of, and went back to the condo after to make sure the items that we requested fixed were taken care of. Ray did a fantastic job selling our home in the four corners area. After an unsuccessful path with another realtor, Ray came in... -took excellent pictures -gave us valuable feedback on the our pricing structure along with a true asessment of market conditions -went over and beyond the call of duty to check up on the house for us on a regular basis ....but most of all, got it under contract with multiple offers in 3 weeks! Lydia did a good job with helping us figure out the best way to price our house when the loan on our solar system couldn't be transferred as it was supposed to be able to be. It involved actually raising the price and then having to explain to agents why we did that when our house had already been on the market for a couple months. It was confusing to the other agents and she stayed calm and repeatedly explained to make sure everyone understood what we were offering. She was reassuring that the right buyer would come along when we felt like no one understood. Earlier this year, she helped us buy our current house and we were happy with that experience as well.
