Amal was wonderful to work with, she was very professional and displayed a strong market knowledge. She listened to all our “wants” and was able to help us purchase a condo that was exactly what we were looking for. She was able to help us negotiate a fair purchase price which resulted in us being able to close quickly which really benefited us as we were purchasing from out of state. She assisted us throughout the whole process, attended the inspection to insure everything was taken care of, and went back to the condo after to make sure the items that we requested fixed were taken care of. In a nutshell. Would I use Christina Daugherty again as a realtor? Yes - 100%. We are non US citizens and decided to sell our Florida holiday home. We were not familiar with the intricacies of the Florida property market, or the US tax compliance process. Christina was recommended to us for our property sale by a fellow professional service agent. We had shortlisted two realtors; one wanted us to spend $10,000 dollars on painting the interior and exterior and then re-landscaping, Christina suggested otherwise and market "as is". She also turned up to the initial interview meeting with draft documents required for the sale process. Within three weeks Christina found two potential buyers, one of whom was serious and recommended we proceed, achieving our goal sale price. In the meantime she organised a Title company and a CPA company to handle the tax returns. During the closing process Christina handled all of the processing diligently and professionally. She went the extra mile in helping us close utility accounts (no mean feat when you are outside the USA). Christina literally (virtually) held our hand through completion signing and patiently assuaged all our worries. Thank you Christina we really appreciate all of your professional support.

Ray did a fantastic job selling our home in the four corners area. After an unsuccessful path with another realtor, Ray came in... -took excellent pictures -gave us valuable feedback on the our pricing structure along with a true asessment of market conditions -went over and beyond the call of duty to check up on the house for us on a regular basis ....but most of all, got it under contract with multiple offers in 3 weeks!
