Kathleen was an absolute godsend!

Working with Kathleen was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her wonderful, upbeat personality made the entire process feel easy and positive, even during the busy moments. She has an impressive knowledge of the business, and every recommendation she made—from contractors to presentation—was truly top‑quality. What stood out most was her ability to listen closely to what I wanted. She understood my priorities and used that insight to create a strategy that got my house sold quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.

Professional and knowledgable with exceptional service

This was the second home we have sold with Kathleen and both homes had accepted offers within days of hitting the market. Kathleen is very knowledgeable about the market and goes above and beyond to research the area to advise on the best listing price. Her photos and marketing plan are always top-notch. Her communication was excellent and she was very responsive to our numerous questions. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!
