In fact the house I bought in the end had been on the market for just a few hours when she called me and strongly suggested we look at it... in the end her knowledge of the neighborhood and market really helped. She drafted a letter that went to the seller outlining why the house was exactly what I was looking for... I really think that personal touch that she gave that letter is what closed the deal.
