Jeff’s knowledge of the market provided good guidance on setting the asking price. He went the extra mile to assist with many tasks since I was selling remotely. I have to say that this is the worst closing that I have ever had, but Jeff had nothing to do with it. The buyer didn't follow any instructions and Jeff made sure and kept me informed every day of what was happening.
