Our experience with Jeff was wonderful. My wife and I travelled from NC to purchase a condo in the Orlando area for our daughter. We only had a few days to view properties. We had sent Jeff a list of properties we found online and he arranged viewings for us on our first day in town. We quickly realized our list was not very good. On day two, Jeff showed us properties he thought we would like better and he was spot on. We ended up purchasing one in Winter Park. He walked us through the entire process. Since we live 400 miles away, he attended the inspection. He recommended insurance companies. He even did a FaceTime call with us for the final walk through of the condo before closing.
