I have never in my life, worked with anybody who was so diligent with attention to detail, and it was always scary that he could practically read what I was thinking. He really listens to what you want and really takes the time energy and effort to do that. I was a real estate paralegal for almost 30 years and I've never seen anyone handle a closing as smoothly and efficiently as he did. Our experience with Jeff was wonderful. My wife and I travelled from NC to purchase a condo in the Orlando area for our daughter. We only had a few days to view properties. We had sent Jeff a list of properties we found online and he arranged viewings for us on our first day in town. We quickly realized our list was not very good.
