Christina helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent and Professional

After a very disappointing experience with my previous property manager Ghali Reality I hired Christina at Imagine Global Property Management. She took over my property on August 10 and secured an approved tenant by September 24. Christina completed the necessary income and background verification, respected my screening requirements, and included my requested addendum in the lease. She personally attended every showing instead of leaving a key in a lockbox for unsupervised access. She kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and treated the property as if it mattered. The difference in professionalism, security, communication, and results has been very clear. I am pleased with the service Christina has provided so far and would recommend her to other property owners.
