I have 30 years experience as a property investor. 2007 I received my Florida realtor license helping buyers, sellers and investors purchase and sell properties in Florida. I have purchased many short term Disney area income vacation properties and can answer any question you may have. I have moved four times in Florida to find the perfect residence and community. Schools for my son was very important to my wife and I.

Great Experience- wish we needed to buy 10 homes

We met Bernard at an open house and we are eternally grateful. He was so wonderful to work with. We live across the country and he was able to listen to our needs and help us find the perfect home at the perfect price! He helped us through the inspection process and made sure our needs were covered in the contract procedure. If you need a home in Bernard’s area you would be crazy to pick any other realtor. Excellent, honest, reliable Agent

My brother was having medical issues and decided to put his vacation/rental property in Kissimmee on the market. He asked me to contact the agent who sold him the property and get him to list it. Since I was clueless about the whole thing, I had to rely on Mr. Scarpa to walk me through the process. He explained the comps and suggested a fair price for the property. Within two weeks we had two acceptable offers. Since we live in Maryland, he handled everything from listing to closing. The sale went through without a problem and I appreciate Mr. Scarpa’s honesty and constant communication and accessibility. I highly recommend Mr. Scarpa for anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Florida.
