If I were a realtor, I would my try to emulate Amy Prill. I have bought many properties over the years for personal use and as investment rentals. The condo was a hard sale. Most of the times when someone would want to see the condo it was occupied. Amy came up with suggestions and ideas on how to get around this and we decided to empty the unit and go for the full sale. Amy couldn’t help the market trend and the value going down, but at the end she finished the sale, and got the job done. Everybody was happy at the end.
