Selling and moving is never easy. Eugene Petriella makes the process manageable in a caring way. He truly knows the market in the area and communicates it clearly on his first visit to your home. He provides reasonable suggestions on how to best prepare your home for a quick and fair sale and often supplies reliable names to help make the process easier, from cleaners to roofers. Once your home is under contract, you can count on Eugene to know all the local charities for those usable items you hate to see trashed. Again providing you with reliable names and organizations and will often follow-up for you if needed, as he knows many of them personally. Eugene is also always available to answer any of our questions regarding settlement procedures, financing, etc. We feel lucky to have had him as our agent when we purchased and sold our homes in Florida.
