Eugene Petriella

My daughter referred him to me. He carefully listened to my objectives and concerns. His team produced a beautiful brochure with very flattering pictures of my home with an equally effective narrative. As a result, my home sold within 24 hours of listing. Great experience, great support. I can wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to help you as well.

We were out of state buyers and Eugene went above and beyond with more than just your typical realtor information. Eugene shared a wealth of knowledge as well as local contacts and tips to really help us get acclimated. We highly recommend Eugene and look forward to further developing our new friendship.

My husband has known Eugene for the past 21 years. Eugene has sold four homes for us with without any issues. He has always delivered as promised and has made sure everything was taken care of before, during and after the sale. I would highly recommend Eugene for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We just completed our 3rd (4th if you count my sister's condo purchase) real estate transaction with Eugene as our agent. We could not be more satisfied with the process and results. Eugene and his team go above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. In our first condo purchase experience we lived out of the state. Eugene took care of everything from painting to changing the locks! In this most recent condo sale, he priced it exactly right and successfully sold the property in 3 days at full asking price. The cherry on the hot fudge sundae here is that he is a super nice guy! We both highly recommend Eugene and his team.
