Home buying can be a stressful experience with many parts moving at once. This is the way I felt in my search for a new home. I was blessed to have Lauren in my corner. Lauren demonstrated extensive knowledge of the local communities I was interested in as well as the market and community in general. She used this knowledge to facilitate the best possible outcome, saving me a substantial amount of money on my initial offer which was accepted. She was quick to respond to my many inquires. She is very detailed oriented and followed up on a number of processes that I missed prior to the closing. After the closing, she continued to follow up and make sure that transferred warranties were not overlooked. Overall, she is absolutely the best representation I believe I could have found. She had my back throughout the whole process and I would use her again should I make another purchase. I would highly recommend her to any buyers who want someone to look after their interests.
