Debbie’s experience and knowledge is unprecedented. She explained each step of the process thoroughly. She made sure deadlines were met by all parties. Often she did duties that were not required of her. Also, she was always available to answer calls and explain everything in detail to make the process understandable. She always did what needed to be done so that the sale was completed on time. She did chores above and beyond what is the norm for an agent throughout the sale of our home. The enormous amount of time that she spent to ensure the transaction happened was the best I have ever received during a real estate sale.

We wanted to relocate and downsize after retirement and wanted a realtor who was knowledgeable with our area. Stephanie had just sold another home in our neighborhood so we gave her a call. What a great decision! She promptly came to the house and sat down with us and explained everything in detail. Three weeks after hanging the “For Sale” sign in our front yard we had closed. Not even enough time for the planned open house. Such amazing marketing!She answered every question and was a terrific communicator. We can’t recommend Stephanie enough for anyone looking for a high-quality realtor. We would 100% use her again.
