Irina Paul

Irina helped me search for a home across several areas near Daytona Beach — Port Orange, Palm Coast, and Ormond Beach — before I found the right fit at Bradford Park. She was always responsive, answered every question quickly, and had a solid grasp of the local market, including new-construction communities and builder programs. Throughout the process, from showings to the final walkthrough, she stayed on top of every detail and made sure nothing fell through the cracks — even coordinating with the title company on logistics like utility hookups. I also want to thank her assistant, Janet, who helped with home showings along the way. Her professionalism and patience made a cross-country home purchase feel manageable. I'd highly recommend Irina to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely works for you.

I recently sold my house and had the pleasure of working with Irina and her team. I can confidently say she is an exceptional real estate specialist. Irina used effective strategies that significantly increased the value of our property. As a result, we were able to sell above market price in just one month, exceeding all my expectations. The entire process was handled in a highly professional, smooth, and well-organized manner from start to finish. I truly appreciate the expertise and attention to detail Irina and her team brought. I highly recommend Irina to anyone looking to sell their home and achieve the best possible outcome.

Irina made everything with huge professionalism.

If buying a home were an Olympic sport, Irina would be the coach you want in your corner. We asked a million questions. Changed our minds. Overthought everything. Probably overthought the overthinking. Through it all, Irina never lost her patience, her sense of humor, or her unwavering commitment to finding us the right home. She never tried to sell us a house. She helped us find our home - and those are two very different things. Her knowledge is exceptional, but it’s her heart that sets her apart. She genuinely cares, celebrates with you, worries with you, and somehow makes one of the biggest decisions of your life feel manageable. We trusted her completely, and looking back, we’d make the exact same choice all over again. If you’re wondering whether to work with Irina, this is your sign. Do it. Your future self will thank you. And Irina… THANK YOU. We can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories in the home you helped us find.

This was my second time working with Irina Paul, and once again I had a great experience. She helped me purchase a home in Apopka, Florida, and guided me through the process with professionalism, patience, and care. My goal was to find the right property within my budget, negotiate the best possible terms, and make the whole process feel less stressful. Irina was always responsive, supportive, and attentive to every detail. What I appreciated the most was that I could fully trust her experience and advice throughout the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Irina to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate professional.
