Brent was awesome to work with! He’s very knowledgeable about houses and their issues and what’s a red flag and what’s not. He took his time with every house we looked at, explaining the good things about a house or what repairs might be needed - and he knows many house-related professionals he could call for estimates so we weren’t just guessing at what something might cost. He wanted to help us find a home, not just get us to buy a house. He checked out every fuse box, crawlspace, French drain, deck support, etc. He’s very detail oriented and catches little things others might not notice, which helped us negotiate with the sellers. Brent is always responsive and proactive about communicating with us and the sellers. He consistently went above and beyond. It’s such a stressful process and Brent made it easier. He’s very professional and was 100% our advocate in this process, and had estimates from construction professionals to back up his requests during the negotiation process, and as a result we got what we needed and are very happy with our new home!

I cannot say enough good things about Tyanne! We moved from out of state and were in a bit of a time crunch to buy a home. Tyanne learned about our needs and wants and then excitedly talked us through what locations and neighborhoods she thought would be a good fit. We felt comfortable reaching out at any time and she was so responsive. We came into town to just drive around and get a feel for the area and at the last minute she was able to not only meet with us but set up showings for multiple homes. She kept our two boys entertained so we could walk around the homes without worrying about them romping all over the place. When we put an offer on what we hoped was our dream home and didn’t get it, she was so kind and reassuring. Not long after we saw a home online and she went to see it and she showed us every nook and cranny via FaceTime just a few hours later. She said it was a really nice house and she thought we would like it. We ended up putting an offer down and it was accepted. We didn’t see the home in person until one day before closing - that is how much we were able to trust Tyanne in this process! She was right - we truly love our new home and couldn’t have done any of it from 5 hours away without her! She even got our kids little gifts - they loved her so much and were excited to “see Tyanne who showed us houses” when we finally moved. Cannot recommend Tyanne enough!! She’s good people! ♥️

We had a great experience with Tammy Miller as our Realtor. She came recommended by a family member and she did not disappoint. This home was one that had been lived in by my in-laws. We live in another state, so having a reliable person on the ground was crucial for us after their passing. At our first meeting, she came prepared with comps from the area and was very knowledgeable in guiding us with listing properly. She had a photographer over within a couple of days to get the photos for the listing and had it on the website the day afterward. While it took some time, due to some offers falling through (one person was deployed overseas for example), Tammy was persistent and was quick to get the home relisted. She also assisted with getting some repairs completed after inspection in a timely manner that did not disrupt the timeline to closing. Tammy went above and beyond, and we appreciate her so much for her professionalism and can do attitude! You can't go wrong with Tammy working for you!
