We cannot recomment Brent Fredericks enough! Brent treated us with the same standard and commitment as he would a family member. We are first time home buyers in Kentucky and Brent definately made it less stressfull. We looking for farmland, which usually meant the properties were an hour drive or more from Lexington and sometimes an hour drive from one property to the next. However, Brent was always happy to show us any property and we never felt rushed. Because of the distance and drive time, Brent would spend 4-5 hours with us, on several Saturdays and Sundays , to only show 2-3 properties. Brent was very accommadating and flexible with my work schedule. I texted him one afternoon, while I was working, that I was interested in a property. He, of course, replied right away and had scheduled the showing the very same day, after my shift. This was at 8pm! I expected the showing to be the next day at the very least. He drove an hour for an 8pm showing so I could see it right away. We didn't feel rushed during the showing at all! We didn't leave until almost 9pm. We finally decided on a house. We trusted Brent to guide us with the negotiation and he got us a great deal! He was there during the house inspection and asked questions we didn't think of. He made a list of repairs, for the sellers, before we did. He gave us quotes from 2 reliable contractors for the repairs before we knew to ask. He gave us the contact information for the utility companies. We did a walk through the night before closing and he inspected everything like he was buying the house for himself. He really had our backs. Closing day was a breeze. Brent told us to reach out to him anytime with any questions or issues. If we needed to make repairs or renovations in the future, he would put us in touch with trust-worthy, reliable contractors. I could say a lot more great things about Brent. Great house buying experience!
