We were able to get a “keys to cash then sell” loan from Annie Mac and Susan was able to work with them and the sellers agent to make things happen. We are currently updating the paint and carpeting and are very happy with our purchase. The Annie Mac loan was a new thing for Susan, but she was able to understand all the ins and outs and did a great job for us.
