After sharing my preferences with him he took care to review any listings of interest to ensure they met what I was looking for and pointed out potential issues. At each showing we went to he offered advice on potential changes and highlighted anything that could become an issue in the future to confirm that I was fully aware of the condition of the house. He was extremely supportive when drafting the offer, and maintained regular check-ins during the closing process to offer information and help. We were able to close ahead of schedule, I'm extremely pleased with Edgar and my first home.

We lived 6 hours away and had to buy a house in lexington, knowing that we probably wouldn't be able to see it in person. Edgar came highly recommended to us from a colleague and we couldn't be more pleased. He helped us understand the city, and was a trusted pair of "boots on the ground" since we couldn't be there in person. We did video calls to tour houses, but he would help to point out things that we couldn't pick up on the video alone, like how the neighborhood felt or the level of wear and tear in the house. We were very nervous, since we weren't going to be able to physically see any house until the day of closing, but Edgar put us at ease. It was very obvious to us that he was trying to find the right house for us, rather than just get a sale.

Edgar was able to answer all the questions we had which was quite a bit considering we had never bought a home before.
