Thad was able to help make the whole process as smooth as possible for us as first time home buyers. His input and advice along the way was greatly valued. We felt that he was responsive to our input during the searching/touring stage, he was a strong advocate for us during the contract/negotiation phase, and overall he helped catch many of the details that we wouldn't have been aware of as first time home-buyers.

Great experience as always!

I truly don't know where to begin. She goes above and beyond for every client she works with. It took a year and a half for me to find my house, but she never got tired of showing me house after house or answering all of my questions or concerns. She is beyond knowledgeable of the ever changing market, and in the rare occasion she is unsure she will not rest until she gets the answer. She pours herself into every client, she is not interested in making a sale, but rather making you happy. She is honest, and is relentless in finding the perfect house that checks every box that is important to you. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, who you choose to represent you matters. And with Susan, you not only get a realtor that is professional in every sense of the word, an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, but also a new friend. She is something that is rare nowadays, genuine.

Thanks to Susan for all the hard work and long hours. You made sure we had everything taken care of, and it was a lot. We love our new home.

Susan was extremely responsive in all forms of communication. Very knowledgeable about the market and was great to communicate things to help reassure us as we moved through the process.

I listed my house on Houzeo as a FSBO so Darrell was assigned to assist with the MLS listing and updates. Darrell was very helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions, and he was very timely in getting any needed changes made on the MLS listing.

Using Darrell's agency service, we received numerous requests for showings, several offers, some over asking price with escalation clauses. The Showtime app made it easy to schedule and monitor showing activity. Hopefully our ultimate buyer found the process as painless as we did. Thanks, Darrell

From beginning to end this was a very unique experience. Darrell was an excellent listener. If DIY is the new technique to sell your home, then I'm all for it! Darrell was extremely knowledgeable and always available for my questions. He made the whole experience exciting and fun.
