Maggie was exceptionally kind and generous with her time during the entire selling process and provided wonderful staging advice that I believe had a material effect on the property selling so fast. Very grateful for her as our agent.

Maggie made selling our Lexington home from across the country feel surprisingly easy and low-stress. She brought a deep understanding of the local market, priced and positioned our home strategically, and had the right tools and marketing in place to generate strong interest quickly. Her communication was outstanding: she was proactive with updates, quick to respond to questions, and always clear about next steps and options. Even though we were already living out of state, she coordinated everything smoothly on our behalf, including excellent referrals for local services we needed to get the house ready and to the closing table. Throughout the process, Maggie was professional, organized, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. We felt fully supported from listing through closing and would enthusiastically recommend Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team to anyone looking to sell in the Lexington area

It doesn’t matter if it’s 6 AM or midnight when you want to put an offer in she is ready to write the paperwork! She helped my wife and I find a perfect starter home as first time buyers over the course of a few months and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!
