From the beginning, Sabra was informative, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions about the process. She was extremely supportive during the entire time the house was on the market. She also made a dedicated effort to include everyone in the family in the process, which I truly applaud. I highly recommend working with her!

I first stumbled across Sabra Webster years ago and have trusted her with several transactions since. Most recently, she helped me purchase my new home. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the market, professional, and an excellent negotiator. She made the entire process much less stressful and always had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sabra was amazing to work with while helping us buy our forever home. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier thanks to her guidance, patience, and dedication. Our journey had a few unconventional hiccups along the way, but Sabra handled every challenge with professionalism and care. We’re so grateful for her support and couldn’t recommend her more!

Maggie helped me buy this house years ago and was there for me again when it was time to sell. She made a difficult time so much easier, sold my house quickly, and was always patient and responsive—even when I had a million questions! I’m so grateful for all her help and support and couldn’t recommend her more!

Maggie was exceptionally kind and generous with her time during the entire selling process and provided wonderful staging advice that I believe had a material effect on the property selling so fast. Very grateful for her as our agent.

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team. From our first conversation through closing and even after I moved in, Maggie and her team consistently went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt informed and supported. What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared. They advocated for me throughout the transaction, worked hard behind the scenes to solve problems, accommodated scheduling changes, and even checked on me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She cared about my peace of mind just as much as getting me to the closing table. Even after closing, the relationship did not end. They surprised me with a thoughtful housewarming gift, and continued to be available whenever I had questions. Those are small acts that say a great deal about the character of a realtor. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Maggie and her entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. I never felt like just another client. I felt like I had people in my corner who genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients long after the papers are signed, I cannot recommend Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team highly enough.

Lana has been a great realtor. She went above and beyond selling our home. And helping us secure our dream home. She will stage your home to look better than you thought it could be. She helped us find good people to do the inspection of our dream home. She worked hard to help us secure our dream home that at one point we didn’t think it was going to work out. But she was there every step of the way helping us. You won’t go wrong having Lana as your realtor!

I called Lana to let her know about a home I was interested in and also that meant we would be selling ours. This initially came with a contingent offer and we would need to move quickly on the sell. Lana was more than knowledgable in navigating with us what the contracts and loan negotiation options were when placing an offer with contingency. She also helped us get the price of our home listed at a rate that gave us the equity we needed in moving forward, but that was also fair in comparison of the value of homes surrounding our neighborhood. She advised us almost daily on price adjustments and actions to take that would rapidly move the sell of our home. Days prior to listing, Lana and her partner gave us a list of what we needed to do to our home before it went live. In addition, they scheduled a day to come in and stage/transform our home to look it's best. Once we received an offer, Lana became the mediator for negotiations. Within minutes she sent us spreadsheets that gave us clarity on multiple offers so that we were confident in adjusting the original price of the property, while also valuing our bottom line. She then guided us through making appointments for inspections, closings, loan officers and shared all documentation we needed in a timely manner. She also shared with us on a consistent basis the requests made by the buyer so that we could set priorities on their needs prior to moving in. Leading up to closing, Lana communicated thoroughly the expecations for moveout because she is genuinely looking out not only for us, but for the buyers. Her move out expecations on time and cleanliness were high, and as a buyer myself, I truly appreciate that! From start to finish, every single bit of attention to detail that Lana gave the process of selling our home, is what made making the move to our dream property a possibility. I'll never be able to thank her enough.

I called Lana on a Friday about a house that was a potential dream location for my family. By the next morning, we were at a showing that she so quickly made happen for us. That evening she researched options that gave us the confidence to move forward. We put an offer in that evening. Throughout negotiations until a final offer was agreed upon, Lana was our mediator, advisor, communicator, everything you need to remove the stress. Within minutes we had spreadsheets with options that we could review, and a various hours of the day, she would take our calls to answer questions. After our inspection, she was very thorough with the sellers so that our home was safe and prepped for move in. She was with us at our final walkthrough, obviously the closing, but even after move in, she called to see if everything went well with the move and if there were any glaring needs that she could help with. I never felt alone throughout this entire process. She protected us by elevating her expertise with not just real estate, but also loan options, design, and using networks to make buying a home seamless. My husband says we are never moving again, but to any of our friends who are looking to buy a home, I will hands down recommend. Lana Stephens.
