We lived 6 hours away and had to buy a house in lexington, knowing that we probably wouldn't be able to see it in person. Edgar came highly recommended to us from a colleague and we couldn't be more pleased. He helped us understand the city, and was a trusted pair of "boots on the ground" since we couldn't be there in person. We did video calls to tour houses, but he would help to point out things that we couldn't pick up on the video alone, like how the neighborhood felt or the level of wear and tear in the house. We were very nervous, since we weren't going to be able to physically see any house until the day of closing, but Edgar put us at ease.
