About Sandy

I’m Sandy Allnutt, the Founder and Broker Associate of The Allnutt Group. Originally from Germany, I’ve proudly called Central Kentucky home since 1989. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate and began my career as an Appraiser trainee before transitioning to full-time Real Estate sales in 2004. In 2011, I founded The Allnutt Group, and in 2017, I earned my Broker Associate License. Over the years, I’ve been honored to consistently rank as a Top Producer, with my team placing in the top 1% of Bluegrass REALTORS® from 2015 to 2023. I’m also a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club and hold multiple designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute. In 2021, I was proud to receive the Rate My Agent Top Agent Award for Fayette County, along with recognition as a top agent in Jessamine County and Kentucky. Navigaating our sale was not simple!

The sale process started with questions of whether old but serviceable carpet needed to go, and other potential updates. Then, price. Did market data accurately reflect current demand? Next, the home was listed over a holiday weekend, and we wanted a variety of viewers to have a chance to make offers before deciding anything. Then came the inspection. Some demands were reasonable and some dubious. Follow-up inspections and negotiations were required. Andy Bathje acted as a shepherd throughout. He was respectful of our views, offered advice, and was always reassuring. In the end we were happy with the result and thought it was fair to all parties.

Very professional

I spent a lot of time with Andy looking at several homes all over Kentucky. He came prepared with information sheets , ratings and extensive knowledge of the area I was looking to move to. Andy offered great insights and made the whole process easy. He was willing to work with my selling agent from another state without any hesitation. While I expect this to be the last home I ever purchase, if I needed to I would use Andy again and will refer him to any who need to buy or sell.

Great follow-through.

Andy is very conscientious. His follow-through throughout the process of purchasing our home was fantastic. He reminded us of when things were due. He typed up detailed summaries of things we had discussed and sent them to us the same night. It is very evident that he really cares about the well being of his clients. Andy also knows everyone in the area (or so it seems). If you need a recommendation for a handy man, a carpenter, or a radon specialist, he knows them. Andy gets the job done. Is practical and fair-minded. And full of good advice. We highly recommend him.
