Paul was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond what "standard" real estate agents do. In a market driven by money, he was able to help sell our home above what we expected all the while letting it be known through his actions, that his job wasn't all about the money, but customer service. I mean the guy took the time to learn the names of our kids! Communication was never an issue and he was available to go check out a house (he assisted us buying one as well) on a whim. A really great experience!

An extremely helpful and kind man. We saw how helpful he was to our grown children and knew we wanted him to help us find a home in Kentucky. He was so helpful to me because I was not used to having to take care of the buying of a house. My husband took care of all this business before and now is not able to. I needed a lot of help figuring things out! No better man for the job!! It was smooth sailing since I had never done this before because Paul took care of everything.
I had bought a condo the first week in Dec. 2019 and needed to sell my home. We had dealt with Paul years ago when planning to sell the house.
