In a market driven by money, he was able to help sell our home above what we expected all the while letting it be known through his actions, that his job wasn't all about the money, but customer service. I mean the guy took the time to learn the names of our kids! Communication was never an issue and he was available to go check out a house (he assisted us buying one as well) on a whim.
