She was very thorough with me during the offer process and explained everything. She had my back during negotiations and after receiving the home inspection.

Summer & her whole team are amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they helped make sure I knew what I was getting into every step of the way. From supporting me in determining my wants vs. my must haves in a home, to introducing me to neighborhoods & layouts I wasn't even considering when I started. Her & her entire team were also always willing to work with my hectic schedule & show me homes after my 10 hour shifts (~ 7 pm or later). Now, when it came down to the offer & closing process, Summer was great with talking through all the steps with me & taking the time to make sure I understood all the parts as a first time home buyer. As well as for my situation she worked hard to make my offer the most appealing to the buyer to avoid them putting on the market & having to fight against other interested parties. Overall, Summer & her team made my experience with them as personable, supported, educational, & easy as possible; & I couldn't be happier with my new home! Nathan and Gail were both wonderful to work with. They each were easy to contact, seemed to really care about the home we purchased, and were very flexible with our crazy schedule. My husband and I felt very confident in Nathan's expertise and felt that he was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Nathan knows the market and is very knowledgeable about what to look for and what to be aware of. He is a very busy man but always made sure we were taken care of and any questions we had were answered. We also loved his team that we got to work with for bits as well!
