Summer was a great sellers agent - she has the best marketing of anyone in Indy. Generally, open houses are for agents to get clients, with Summer’s marketing, open houses result in offers. She is incredibly open to feedback, doesn’t take things personally, and receptive to her clients concerns. I appreciated her direct communication and coming with solutions. I do wish she’d been more aggressive in the negotiating process. I wish I’d been more confident in my contracting skills and insisted on my own contract terms. I would write my own contract in the future and will encourage my friends to have me or another attorney write home sales contracts over their realtor.
Nathan was always quick to respond to our need to communicate with him. He is skilled at understanding the inspection process and offering names of professionals to help us investigate, navigate and resolve issues in the negotiation process. We enjoyed working with him to sell our property.

May was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, and both she and Summer were always quick to communicate and keep me updated. I never felt out of the loop, even though I was living out of state the whole time. They even helped coordinate a FaceTime final walkthrough and made the remote closing process really easy.
