When we had an offer and had to navigate the inspection report Don had a lot of knowledge as to where we could get assistance for certain repairs but also he knew which items were important and which items were more of a wish list. His market analysis of what our listing price should be was spot on. I would recommend Don to all my family and friends for assistance in buying and selling real estate.
