Sara did everything I asked of her and more! She worked with my budget, never pushing me towards anything and guiding me to areas that were on both ends of my spectrum. Even when my communication was not the best or when I was constantly asking questions, she never made it an issue either way. Her extensive knowledge of the Indianapolis area, the VA home loan procedures as well as her contacts throughout the region made buying a home as easy as it can be. I started looking at places in March of 2026 and we did not close until Sept of 2026, so she spent 6 months working for me showing true dedication. She is a woman of integrity, class and grace.
