About Deanna

Deanna is a farm girl from the Sunflower state of Kansas. She moved to Indiana, and there met her husband at the Madison Regatta on the beautiful Ohio River. Deanna married her husband and they settled in Indianapolis. They loved Madison so much that they acquired a farm in the country, and love spending weekends gardening and enjoying happy hour relaxing on the front porch. They had a little Yorkie named "Holly" for 16+ years, and she loved to go everywhere with them. Deanna had been working as a secretary for several years, but then decided she wanted a different career and settled on Real Estate. Deanna started her real estate career in 1986 with Carpenter Realtors. During those 30+ years, Deanna has kept up with the changing times in technology and continually educating herself to better serve her clients. Deanna's love of helping people to realize homeownership by either moving up or becoming empty nesters is her top priority. To have a winning relationship with my clients, we must have a mutual goal. You win in life by helping others.
