He was honest with us during each house showing about what he saw. With being first time homeowner- we needed the guidance and Erik and his wonderful husband John made it all happen. It doesn’t just end at the closing date, they continue to be a blessing afterwards. These are people that show is so many ways how much they truly care. Erik was recommended to us by our lender. Being our first foray into home buying, we took the recommendation and were so glad we did. Erik worked on our schedules, mostly being weekends. He was willing and able to meet us, morning, night, evenings and weekends. Showed us all the houses we asked to see and was extremely quick to do so. He was extremely upfront and honest with us. Erik was a wondeful guide thru the whole process, never pushy, never tried to up price or anything to pad a commision. He was able to get us more sellers credit than we even ended up being able to use! I wont use another realtor or another banker.
