Patrick reached out to me about it, telling me that he would want that checked out further if he were in my position. He had a mold remediation company ready-to-go which was out there in just a couple days after our conversation. It turned out there was a serious mold issue which would have taken $2000 to handle. Thanks to Patrick catching the issue and his deft negotiations, the problem was solved without us having to spend a dime. I really can't recommend Patrick and his team enough.
