It was great working with Nathan! He is knowledgeable about the overall market and strategies, as well as construction and things to be wary of when inspecting a property. He was quick to correct small issues in paperwork, and although we were not always able to get our schedules to align, he always had someone else from his team available to meet with us and was always very responsive.
