Erik is one of the most friendly, trustworthy, and professional person I've ever met and worked with. To this day, we've bought and sold 4 homes together, with one more coming up. As a buyer's agent, he works day and night (sometimes too much) to make sure you're well protected and satisfied with the home you're buying. He told me things I didn't think about; shared his insights and opinions, all without being pushy and trying to get me to buy the house, so I never felt pressured in the process. As a seller's agent, he has been phenomenal from the moment I decided to list the house all up until closing and post-closing. He helped coordinate repairs, cleaning (performed the cleaning himself, at 11 PM), picture, staging, negotiation, open-house, etc., even where I was out of the country for weeks. At some points, it felt like he's selling his own house from all the work and effort he puts into it, and that was really assuring for me. If we could give Zach a million stars it still wouldn’t be enough. I was skeptical about using a much younger person to help Sell our home. I immediately thought we needed an older more experienced realtor. Well don’t judge a book by its cover. Zach went above and beyond for my husband and I. When I say he went the extra mile, that is an understatement. When we got frustrated he helped talk us down and would reassure us that he would get our home sold and to hang in there.
