Erik is one of the most friendly, trustworthy, and professional person I've ever met and worked with. To this day, we've bought and sold 4 homes together, with one more coming up. As a buyer's agent, he works day and night (sometimes too much) to make sure you're well protected and satisfied with the home you're buying. He told me things I didn't think about; shared his insights and opinions, all without being pushy and trying to get me to buy the house, so I never felt pressured in the process. As a seller's agent, he has been phenomenal from the moment I decided to list the house all up until closing and post-closing. He helped coordinate repairs, cleaning (performed the cleaning himself, at 11 PM), picture, staging, negotiation, open-house, etc., even where I was out of the country for weeks. At some points, it felt like he's selling his own house from all the work and effort he puts into it, and that was really assuring for me.
