Sara Westrich

My wife and I are first time homebuyers. Going into the process we had questions fears and more unknowns than either of us have ever experienced in our lives to date. The only thing that I knew for certain was that we needed someone who was gonna be in our corner with our best interests at heart. Sara was an answered prayer. She fought for us, she kept the ball rolling, anytime there was a delay or a discrepancy we could text her or call her and within minutes we had an answer or she was on top of it, figuring it out for us. We love her and are so grateful for everything she’s done for us❤️

Sara did everything I asked of her and more! She worked with my budget, never pushing me towards anything and guiding me to areas that were on both ends of my spectrum. Even when my communication was not the best or when I was constantly asking questions, she never made it an issue either way. Her extensive knowledge of the Indianapolis area, the VA home loan procedures as well as her contacts throughout the region made buying a home as easy as it can be. I started looking at places in March of 2026 and we did not close until Sept of 2026, so she spent 6 months working for me showing true dedication. She is a woman of integrity, class and grace. I will never use another realtor if I can help it!

Sara was very helpful from the beginning to the end of selling our first house. She was clear and honest with all the information going into it and made our experience a breeze. She was always fast to respond and helped solved any issues that occurred! Can’t recommend her enough!

Sara was awesome. She was with us every step of the way and was genuine with our kids. She often asked about or kids and family and frequently checked in on us. Even though we had a rocky start to getting the house, Sara kept us motivated and pushing us to not give up. Her kind words and uplifting attitude and sweet personality makes her one of the best of the best. She also communicated well when we didn't understand anything and never made us look stupid.
