Summer was very attentive and listened to the needs that I wanted for the house. She continued to keep showing me properties till I found the one. She was very thorough with me during the offer process and explained everything. She had my back during negotiations and after receiving the home inspection.

Summer & her whole team are amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they helped make sure I knew what I was getting into every step of the way. From supporting me in determining my wants vs. my must haves in a home, to introducing me to neighborhoods & layouts I wasn't even considering when I started. Her & her entire team were also always willing to work with my hectic schedule & show me homes after my 10 hour shifts (~ 7 pm or later). Now, when it came down to the offer & closing process, Summer was great with talking through all the steps with me & taking the time to make sure I understood all the parts as a first time home buyer. As well as for my situation she worked hard to make my offer the most appealing to the buyer to avoid them putting on the market & having to fight against other interested parties. Overall, Summer & her team made my experience with them as personable, supported, educational, & easy as possible; & I couldn't be happier with my new home!
