I've worked with Summer on previous projects and purchases. This year she helped me complete a project from hell. I ran into every possible bad contractor issue someone could run into. It felt like a bad comedy movie if someone else was watching. Summer constantly helped with situations that a realtor shouldn't and doesn't have to help with. She is very well connected and pulled additional resources and was able to stay positive in situations that I wasn't able to do it by myself. Taylor was always willing to show a house on a minute notice, She was very knowledgeable about the areas and the details about the houses. She arranged the contractors for quotes for any problems they found in the inspection.
