Gloria was always quick to answer the phone or respond to emails. From our initial meeting at our house to the day of the closing, she showed genuine interest in the sale of our home. Her years of experience and helpful suggestions gave us direction as to what needed to be done to prepare our house for that first showing. Throughout the process we were kept informed about the level of activity from different viewing platforms and feedback from showings. She was helpful during price negotiations and working through the long list from the home inspection. We walked away with more than what we had expected in a relatively short time frame! Good overall experience!

Vicky went well beyond her average duty for this sale as it was anything but a straight forwad sale. She had to figure out random legal things, deal with a death mid sale, change the loan due to unforseen circumstances, and was always available to answer any questions I had. This went from being a 21 day close to being extended by 3 weeks due to all sorts of events. She definitely knows what she is doing and I always felt like I was being communicated with in the fastest way possible and kept in the loop on anything happening. I hope I dont buy another house anytime soon but if I do I wont heaitate to have her help me.

This was my first ever home buying experience. I was very appreciative of how accommodating, responsive, informative and professional Megan was through the entire process. Our communication was primarily through text as that was my preferred method of communication. All texts were answered either same-day or the next-day. I would typically look at homes after work and she was always available to show me the home at my preferred time. Even on the occasions she was out of town, she arranged for another realtor to show me a home I was interested in seeing.
