Cathy was super helpful with searching for the house that had all of our wants and needs. She was very patient with us as well. She was great at communicating, answering our questions and educating us on everything we did not quite understand. She also made sure we got the best deal and we weren’t wasting our time and money. By the end she feels like family because she truly cares about her clients. She also helped guide us to ensure our home looked the best to sell and she talked us through the offer and why it was a good offer to take!

After the death of my husband who I had seen through terrible Alzheimer’s disease, I turned 85 years old and decided to quit driving. I decided to have my son and his family take over. That is when he suggested an extremely knowledgeable agent with Carpenter’s Realty to assist in choosing a home near him. Reva was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and took my son around to look at available properties near him. The result is that I now have a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Not too far from his family. My oldest daughter has even found a job here and can live with me.

Erik introduced himself as someone who specialized in first time homebuyers and he did an excellent job at both teaching us and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We loved his honesty and feedback during home viewings. We never would have found our dream home without him, and we are extremely grateful for all of his assistance.
